Kent Maddox Command Sergeant Major US Army Retired is currently the University of Tennessee Army ROTC Enrollment and Scholarship Officer.
Command Sergeant Major (Retired) William K. Maddox was born in Memphis, Tn. He
graduated from Henry County High School in Paris, TN and enlisted in the United States Army completing basic training and advance individual training at Fort Bliss, Texas.
CSM Maddox has held numerous leadership positions to include:
- Stinger Team Chief, Vulcan Squad Leader, Stinger Section Sergeant, Platoon Sergeant, Field Recruiter, Battery First Sergeant, Brigade Operations Sergeant Major, Battalion Command Sergeant Major, Brigade Command Sergeant Major, and Installation Command Sergeant Major.
