On 17 August 2013 LTC Kelley and the Rocky Top Battalion commissioned two new Second Lieutenants, 2LT Patrick Bell and 2LT Christine Bell. 2LT Christine Bell was sworn in by LTC Kelley while 2LT Patrick Bell was also sworn in. After the commissioning ceremony C/LTC Bernard Graves welcome the incoming freshmen class. C/CSM Jessica McGuire talked about expectations and standards for new Cadets at UT. LTC Kelley then introduced the other members of the Cadre and the families enjoyed a BBQ lunch. For more photos click here
